Mike Manor has 13 years of experience in structural engineering. In his career, he has worked as a structural engineer for Minnesota design firms, collaborating on a wide variety of structures. His work includes wood framed park buildings, wood and concrete podium multi-family apartment buildings, and historic building renovations. He is also experienced in big box retail nationwide, structural steel connection design, and has a specialty in cold-formed steel framing systems. Prior to joining FORSE Consulting in 2017, Mike worked as an engineer at Mattson Macdonald Young and Ericksen Roed & Associates.
He currently leads presentations for the International Masonry Institute (IMI) and has been involved with the Minnesota Structural Engineer Association, recently serving in the roles of President, Vice President, and Secretary.
Mike’s talents extend to music – he is also a percussionist. In addition to performing, he composes music. He is based in Ripon, Wisconsin.
